Primo Espresso: Pennette con Zucchine e Gemberetti

Ecco un gustosissimo“Primo Espresso” della Dieta Mediterranea, preparato da “Mamma Franca” con I Prodotti “Simply Med” della Dieta Mediterranea.

Le zucchine sono ortaggi di modesto contenuto calorico (contengono oltre il 90% di acqua), altamente digeribili, e reperibili sul mercato tutto l’anno: contengono potassio, vitamina E, C e acido folico; hanno un azione lassativa, disintossicante e antinfiammatoria. Le zucchine sono adatte per il consumo a crudo, come antipasto, ma anche per essere cotte alla griglia o trifolate come ottimo contorno; nei primi piatti le troviamo in minestroni, pasta e risotti.

Ingredienti per 2 persone:

  • Penne rigate: 190 gr
  • Patè di Zucchine Simply Med: q.b.
  • Gamberetti: 250 gr
  • Vino bianco: 1 bicchiere
  • Aglio al naturale Simply Med: 1 spicchio
  • Sale: q.b.
  • Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva: q.b.

Preparazione:

-Prendere una padella antiaderente abbastanza capiente, far prendere colore a uno spicchio di aglio nell’olio. Quando l’aglio ha preso un buon colorito lo si può sollevare.
- Aggiungere i gamberetti puliti e sbollentati nell’olio, versare il vino bianco e un pizzico di sale.
-Aggiungere il Patè di Zucchine Simply Med e amalgamare il tutto.
-Nel frattempo far cuocere la pasta in abbondante acqua salata, scolare al dente e fare saltare in padella insieme alle zucchine e ai gamberetti per un paio di minuti prima di servire.

Preparation:

-Take a pan large enough, to take color to a clove of garlic in the oil. When the garlic has taken a good complexion you can lift.
- Add shrimp cleaned and blanched in oil, add the white wine and a pinch of salt.
